Registered Users may obtain one complimentary entry into a charity contest without making a donation. Please note, only one entry will be awarded to a given charity contest per user when this method of entry is employed.  Also note, if you fail to properly complete all of the required steps outlined below you will either not be issued a ticket or your complimentary entry will expire unused through the following process:

1. 1. DOWNLOAD FORM: Download and print the Complimentary Entry Request Form by clicking the link below.  Make sure to fill out the form completely. Manually sign it, and then submit it to the email address provided.

COMPLIMENTARY ENTRY REQUEST FORM

DEADLINE: The Complimentary Entry Request Form must be received by us by 12am EST on the day the Contest’s entry deadline will expire. For example, if the entry deadline is 7:30pm EST on 6/5/2024, then we must receive your Complimentary Entry Request Form before 12am EST on 6/5/2024.  Once we receive your form, we will process your complimentary entry if and only if you followed the instructions on the form completely.  If you fail to follow the instructions completely, we will not issue you a complimentary entry.

CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT: Although we may alert you. it is your sole and exclusive obligation to check your account to see if a complimentary entry has been issued to your account. To do this, you must login to your account on the Platform and go to My Entries.  Once there, locate the associated contest in the Upcoming section and then complete and confirm the entry before the entry deadline.  You must complete and confirm the entry before the deadline or you may be ineligible to participate in the contest.

CHARITY TICKETS AS AN ALTERNATIVE: As an alternative to issuing you a complimentary entry per your request, we reserve the right to issue you a corresponding number of Charity Tickets that can be redeemed for one entry into the associated contest.  Although we may alert you that we have issued you these Charity Tickets, it is your sole and exclusive obligation to check your account to see if these tickets have been issued to you.  To do so, merely login to your account and check your wallet (located in the right-side of the header).  There, you will be able to see if your Ticket Balance has increased by the associated amount of the Charity Tickets we have issued you.  Additionally, if we have issued you Charity Tickets instead of a complimentary entry, these Charity Tickets may be subject to expiration after the contest’s entry deadline. Note: It will be your sole responsibility to then go to the associated contest’s hub and redeem the Charity Tickets we’ve awarded to for the complimentary entry you requested.  Note: Failure to do so before the entry deadline will prevent you from obtaining your complimentary entry and may result in the expiration of your Charity Tickets if they go unused.  Lastly, if we issue you Charity Tickets in lieu of a complimentary entry, you may also redeem those Charity Tickets for entries into other OmegaJam Charity Contests before they expire.
